To qualify, all registrant information must be submitted at the same time (Company Name, VAT number, Company address, First and Last name, function, direct e-mail address and phone number -only for logistics-).

If you are unable to attend the congress, you can transfer to a different person.
The transfer request must be via written notice to info@icsvc.com as soon as possible prior to the congress but at least one (1) month before the event.

Virtual registration will be open since January 2024.
A specific fee will be fixed to have access only to plenary sessions’ replay and 1:1 virtual meetings with the partners, exhibitors, and sponsors.

Registration is only refundable upon approved cancellation of ICSVC event.
