How do I register for the ICSVC?

Once your registration done you will receive a confirmation by email, the invoice attached, with the secure link to proceed to the fee’s payment.

How do I register for the ICSVC as part of a group?

Is considered a group, at least 3 people, coming from the same company, or not. In this last case, you must inform the organisation the composition of the group, by email, at info@icsvc.com

To qualify, all registrant information must be submitted at the same time (Company Name, VAT number, Company address, First and Last name, function, direct e-mail address and phone number -only for logistics-).

To register as a group, please click on Registration page, and proceed to the registration of everyone. Fulfill carefully the promotion code "GROUP" at the end of the registration of each person to benefit 20% discount on each registration. For virtual participation, use the promotion code "VIRTUALGROUP" to benefit 10% discount on each registration.

Once your registration done, you will receive a confirmation by email, the invoice attached, with the secure link to proceed to the fee payment.
Group discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

How do I transfer my registration to another person?

If you are unable to attend the congress, you can transfer to a different person.
The transfer request must be via written notice to info@icsvc.com as soon as possible prior to the congress but at least one (1) month before the event.

Can I change my registration type?

Please send your request by email, at  info@icsvc.com. The change will be made and a new invoice will be generated. The difference will be refunded by bank transfer or shared as discount for another registration.

Where can I get my receipt/confirmation for my registration?

Our system automatically emails receipt/confirmation to all attendees. Regular reminders will be sent, the last one 48 hours before the event.  
Please check your spam or junk folder for those emails or you can send the request to info@icsvc.com for assistance.

How do I cancel my registration?

All cancellation must be received in writing, at info@icsvc.com, prior to the below deadlines:
- Cancellation received up and including December 31, 2025 – full refund.
- As of January 1, 2026 – no refund will be made.
