                            We cannot process electronic transfer of funds, cash, or checks.

                            Payment can be proceed immediately during registration process. Payment to the invoice is only available for In-person registration.
                          • Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment according to the deadline indicated. Your seats to selected workshops will only be  secured once all the required fees are paid.
                          • Cancellation Policy
                            All cancellation must be received in writing, at , prior to the below deadlines:
                          • Cancellation received up and including December 31, 2025 – full refund.
                          As of January 1, 2026 – no refund will be made.
